My husband ran for years and didn’t pay attention to his body. He’s paying for it now.

Me? If I have the same weird pain/ache a couple of days in a row, I just don’t run. Ever since the end of May, my running has been declining.

I’ve stopped doing mat yoga and running for at least a week, maybe two.  I’ve gone two days without any aching. When I do start again, it will be slow and short (mileage wise).

Be back in a week or 10 days.
